Privacy

nosign.dev is a static marketing and documentation website. It does not host the NoSign signing service itself, has no user accounts, and does not collect form submissions. This statement explains what little data is processed when you visit, and your rights under the GDPR.

Controller

Hosting

The site is hosted on a self-administered server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Hetzner acts solely as infrastructure provider; no personal data is shared with third parties for hosting beyond what is technically required to deliver the site.

Analytics — Swetrix (self-hosted)

We use Swetrix, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web-analytics tool that we self-host on our own infrastructure (katie.noschmarrn.dev). It records only aggregate metrics: page views, referrer, anonymized browser and operating system, screen resolution, language, and any UTM campaign parameters.

Swetrix does not set cookies, store IP addresses, apply device fingerprinting, record sessions, or build cross-site personal identifiers. Data stays on our own servers and is not transferred to a third country. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Server logs

For the stable and secure operation of the site, the server records technical access logs: requested URL, HTTP status code, timestamp, referrer, browser and operating system, and a truncated IP address (the last octet is removed before storage, so the address is not personally identifiable). These logs are used only for error analysis and security, are not combined with other data or shared with third parties, and are typically deleted after about 14 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Because no consent-requiring cookies are used, there is no cookie consent banner.

Fonts

Web fonts are served from this site's own origin. No font CDN (such as Google Fonts) is contacted, and no data is shared with third parties for typography.
